Kudos to our Tennessee November, 2024 Employee of the Month — Mike T., Weifield Tennessee Foreman!
The November, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Mike was nominated by Danny P. (Weifield Tennessee Superintendent), who said the following:
From Danny: “Mike represents the ‘A’ in PACT with his hard work and dedication. Mike is the primary Foreman at Convexity and roughed in the slabs with mostly “green “help in a building with a footprint over 720,000 sq ft. By teaching the next generation of future electricians to rough in multiple slabs, Mike Torres defines the ‘A’ in PACT.”
Mike is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
