Kudos to our Rocky Mountain October, 2023 Employee of the Month — Max S., Weifield Rocky Mountain Apprentice!
The October, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Max was nominated by Dillon F. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Foreman), who said the following:
“Max has truly shown many outstanding qualities but mainly his utilization of Prefabrication has been a step above the rest. He is a dedicated student. He’s been excelling in school and has brought his education to the younger apprentices during breaks or lunch, helping them with homework or test questions. His quality of work is exact and is seen clearly in the people below him that he is leading in the field. Max uses strong problem-solving skills, brought on by his understanding of the job, which has been invaluable.”
Max is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
