Kudos to our Texas October, 2023 Employee of the Month — Brandon S., Weifield Texas Foreman!
The October, 2023 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Brandon was nominated by Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager), who said the following:
“Brandon is a highly motivated and passionate about his task at hand. He has a special way of getting his team on board to get the highest productivity with goals that are unimaginable, but fairly attainable. He always demonstrates integrity and intelligence daily. We would like to salute Brandon as he is a solid individual and Weifield is proud to have him as an employee.”
Brandon is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
