Weifield is proud to announce our very first Texas Crew of the Month for April, 2019 — our Wind Energy Transmission Texas (WETT) team!
The WETT project with Structura (General Contractor) in Austin, Texas — led by Weifield’s Wade Spittler (PM), Byron Morstatter (Foreman), and Thomas Shanks (Estimator) — started in January of this year and is comprised of a remodel of two existing floors of the WETT offices including a demolition remodel and finish.
Weifield’s Crews of the Month are selected via numerous criteria including safety, quality of work, schedule, teamwork, attendance, meeting financial targets, and formal client feedback/praise. Specific achievements that resulted in this team being selected include project performance, the great relationship they built with the General Contractor, and great team morale. Weifield’s Texas team also recently relocated to a new office in Pflugerville, Texas (at 1421 Wells Branch Parkway, Suite 303) and is excited to start its new chapter!
