BOND….[JAMES BOND]….Kudos to Weifield’s Special Projects team for reaching the 95% mark on our tech company project (for a confidential client) in Boulder, CO!
This project with our valued partner, Swinerton (GC), is comprised of a remodel of the first floor of an existing building that the client took over in 2019 (Weifield also completed the 3rd floor remodel of this same building, in 2020). Weifield added two new UPS systems and a new generator to the remodeled space; the 46,800 sq. ft. area includes new cubical desks, conference rooms, a café, a fish tank seating area, massage rooms, main offices, an R&D area, and testing labs — all with a ‘James Bond’ theme.
