Weifield’s Rose Perinatal Renovations Phase II project in Denver, CO is approximately 65% complete!
Working with JE Dunn Construction (GC), this design-assist project is comprised of a 25,000 sq. ft. interior renovation at Rose Medical Women’s Center including the third floor and expansion to the fourth floor with a new interior convenience stair. The renovation includes the following: C-section suite, five new LDR rooms, corridor renovations, major renovation to 11 postpartum rooms, a new nursery, new stairwells, and elevator replacement.
