Weifield is excited to be working on Project Granite with Ryan Companies US, Inc. — a 500K sq. ft. Cold Storage Food Distribution Center in Thornton, CO!
This building includes office space and a 100K sq. ft. freezer on approximately 100-acre site; the project also includes four 4,000-amp services and four 2,000kW generators. The facility has 98 dock doors and includes EV charging for trucks and automobiles.
Project Granite is approximately 15% complete — just coming out of the ground…but will be making fast progress this year.
