Our team is in the final stages of Project Granite, a 526,748 sq. ft. cold storage facility in Thornton, CO that we’re working on with valued GC partner, Ryan Companies! This facility contains multiple temperature zones ranging from -15°F to 55°F, office space, and a general assembly area.
We mobilized on the project in October 2023 and our team has recently reached 99% completion—securing the temporary certificate of occupancy and final approvals for electrical, fire alarm, and access control. Currently, we’re focused on owner-generated changes, vendor setup/training, and punch list items as we push toward completion in the next few weeks.
