The purpose of these gatherings was to get everyone together to enjoy food, have a chance to win attendance prizes, and build comradery within the teams; everyone really enjoyed catching up over lunch. Weifield plans to do more of these types of events in the future as part of our ‘P’ (People)-focused culture!
