Here are a couple of photos of the recent June, 2017 ribbon-cutting ceremony for Weifield’s Metropolitan State University of Denver Aerospace and Engineering Building project!

This $4.4M design-assist project with GH Phipps (General Contractor), led by Weifield Project Manager, Charlie Monroe, and Field Superintendent, Clayton Robinson — and estimated by Connor Bonnicksen — involved the furnishing and electrical systems required for a new 142,000 sq. ft. aerospace building on the MSU Denver campus.

The new Metropolitan State building is a $60 million collaboration by the school and state to train more workers in advanced manufacturing. With the Aerospace and Engineering Sciences Building, MSU Denver will educate the most skilled, workforce-ready professionals available to meet the aviation, aerospace and advanced manufacturing needs of the state of Colorado.

Hats off to our MSU Denver crew for a job well done!
