A huge congratulations to our Texas team for a successful completion of our Temple Distribution project in Temple, TX!
This $3.2M project with Choate Construction (GC) was comprised of a new 800K sq. ft. water bottle distribution warehouse and administration office, for Niagara Water. The project started in March of this year and was completed in under six months despite numerous challenges with material and weather delays, due to our team’s excellent performance. Toward the end of the project, the team focused on getting across the finish line by working through temp power solutions and putting in overtime to achieve the GC’s goals.
