Our team has reached 50% completion on the TN Oncology Medical Office Building in Nashville, TN, with Turner Construction Company (GC)!
Our crew has completed 50% of the branch home circuits and 70% of the overhead installation for the Electrical Management System Board (EMSB) electrical room and generator room. Next steps include installing transformers, setting up the EMSB, and pulling additional feeder wire to continue advancing the project.
This six-story building will feature 202,000 sq. ft. of conditioned space and 320,000 sq. ft. of structured space, including an underground parking garage, clinical treatment areas, office and retail spaces, a passenger drop-off, an amenity terrace, and a mechanical penthouse.
