The Tennessee War Memorial Building is undergoing a major renovation to preserve its historic legacy for future generations!
Since opening in 1925, this iconic building has housed state offices, hosted state governor inaugurations, and welcomed presidents, presidential candidates, and community events alike.
Our team is proud to contribute to this project — now 30% complete! The crew is currently focusing on feeder pulls, transformer installation, generator rough-ins, and telecom utilities for the North tower. Additional tasks include overhead and in-wall work on levels 1 and 2, fire alarm riser installation, and grounding risers. This $7.8M electrical project with Skanska USA (GC) is set to finish by early 2026.
