Weifield has begun a new ‘Connection’ series of gatherings within our various regions – the intention of these gatherings is to:
- Provide an informal forum for our valued employees in different regions to gather with each other and various Weifield managers
- Invite regional employees to discuss business questions, ideas, issues – and have the opportunity to initiate important conversations with management
- Foster our team culture by spending time together with food & beverages, and getting to know each other one-on-one
Weifield’s leaders recently held a Connection event with 50 of our Texas teammates on February 2nd; the group had a great discussion and many questions were addressed pertaining across our various functional areas, including Finance/HR, Precon, HR, Operations, Training, and more (examples of the topics discussed include starting a Texas-specific WULF group, expanding the focus of our work to include work north of Austin, our EAP/insurance programs, training opportunities available, and more).
Our next Connection gathering will be with our Rocky Mountain employees and Weifield management, on:
