Kudos to our Texas August, 2021 Employee of the Month — Kevin Ibarra, Weifield Texas Journeyman!
The August, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Gabriel was nominated by Omar Martell (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Richard White (Weifield Texas Construction Executive), who said the following:
From Omar: “I admire Kevin as he is a valued team member that has stepped up when I had to be off site. He has handled the site well by continuing to provide customer satisfaction and trusting relationships with our GC as well as our internal team members – and keeping the job site morale up as well. I’m very proud of his team leadership.”
From Richard: “Kevin Ibarra has stepped up in a leader position and has proven himself to be a good candidate as a future Field Supervisor.”
Kevin is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
