Kudos to our Texas December, 2021 Employee of the Month — Zach A., Weifield Texas Foreman!
The December, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Zach was nominated by Amiel T. (Weifield Texas Apprentice) and Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager), who said the following:
From Amiel: “Everywhere he goes, Zach makes sure to say hi to everyone and gets to know everyone, and because of that, he builds that trust with everyone around him…not just with his employees but with people from other trades. It really helps out because they know they can trust Zach, and they can trust Weifield.”
From Richard: “Zach has excellent personal skills and is always building that trusting relationship with his co-workers and our customers. Kudos to Zach!”
Zach is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
