Kudos to our Texas February, 2022 Employee of the Month — Gerzain M., Weifield Texas RTT!
The February, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Gerzain was nominated by Miguel S. (Weifield Texas Superintendent) and Richard W. (Weifield Texas General Manager), who said the following:
From Miguel: “Gerzain has developed a great sense of leadership after we lost two leaders on the job and stepped up his processes which has demonstrated that he is a go getter!”
From Richard: “We had a close out meeting with Harvey Cleary this month for V&E and the Project Manager had a lot of good things to say about what Gerzain has done for us. Thank you, Gerzain, for going above and beyond to help the project excel.”
Gerzain is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
