Kudos to our Texas March, 2021 Employee of the Month — Omar Martell, Weifield Texas Superintendent!
The March, 2021 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Omar was nominated by Joe Schmitz (Weifield Texas Project Manager), who said the following:
From Joe: “Omar demonstrates all the P.A.C.T. core values in his day to day operation. For the ‘A’ Advance Process, he actively shapes his team with both setting the expectations right at the beginning with an onsite orientation, ultimately setting the tone of how he runs the project and expects the team to conduct themselves. Omar also spends the time to train and mentor the team on site to continuously help the team grow. Omar is timely and accurate with his weekly paperwork, including the Productivity Reports and Look Ahead. Omar makes it a priority to look out for the best interest of Weifield and the team, and is effective in communicating if there are issues and when things are going well. He’s absolutely a pleasure to work alongside with.”
Omar is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
