All of us at Weifield are excited to celebrate TWO back-to-back Texas Crews of the Quarter for Q2-2025!
AUSTIN BERGSTROM INTERATIONAL AIRPORT (ABIA) PROJECT Q2-2025 CREW OF THE QUARTER
Weifield is currently engaged in a multi-phase electrical scope at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, encompassing significant upgrades to the Barbara Jordan Terminal, the Bulkhead, and the Make-Up Area located behind the main baggage handling zones. To date, Weifield has managed six individual projects under this expansion initiative, with two projects completed and two more slated for completion within the next month.
According to Marty C., Weifield Texas Project Manager: “During the last quarter, the team completed the FIS Electrical project which was a driving force in completing the project on time and pushing it through. We had crew members stay late, work night shifts and back to back days and even pick up Saturdays to finish; they have also completed the daunting task of completing and testing the AUS Bulkhead lighting controls. While this was going on, the crew managed to keep the West Infill project moving forward and overcoming hurdles including trade stacking, acompressed schedule, leadership changes, material/plan delays, and more –this crew overcame them all. Each crew member comes to work motivated and works hard daily despite the challenges and has been exemplary in safety with no recordables or violations. This crew exemplifies our PACT in every aspect and embodies the Weifield Way!”

According to Garrett K., Weifield Texas Construction Executive: “This team has met all expectations given by our GC, Ryan Companies.
