We were grateful to celebrate Women in Construction in Texas with many of our partners, employees, and AEC friends in construction at a Speaker + Mixer event at Flintco in Austin, TX.
This event was co-hosted by Women of Weifield, Johnson Controls , Summit Electric Supply , Flintco & Legacy Lighting Inc. 55 attendees enjoyed food/beverages, networking time, a speaker presentation, raffles, and more. Speaker Alecia Huck from Maverick & Company presented on the topic of COMMAND vs. NURTURE leadership styles and attendees got to weigh in with their input during a live polling session during the presentation.
