A big kudos to our Texas March, 2020 Employee of the Month — Cesar Villa (Apprentice)!
March’s Employee of the Month round focused on uncovering our rock stars (in the field or the office) who help propel Weifield’s productivity, day-in and day-out!
Cesar was nominated by his field supervisor on the Comerica job site, James Wood, who said:
“I’d like to nominate Cesar Villa for Employee of the Month. Cesar’s help on the Comerica Bank project has proved invaluable. He comes to work every day with a great attitude and a positive outlook that reaches the rest of our crew. Recently, I unexpectedly had to miss a couple of critical days on our project; Cesar showed his ambition and leadership to step in and handle these critical days with ease. The sky’s the limit for this kid!!”
As the winning employee, Cesar is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
