Kudos to our Tennessee July, 2024 Employee of the Month — Patrick G., Weifield Tennessee Apprentice!
The July, 2024 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘T’ (Trusting Relationships) value in our PACT.
Patrick was nominated by Lawrence W. (Weifield Tennessee Project Manager), who said the following:
From Lawrence: “Patrick is one of our Apprentices at Cheatham County Jail, and he consistently rises above and beyond expectations. Patrick fosters a great relationship with the rest of the Weifield crew, collaborates with other trades, and does an excellent job walking with our subcontractors while helping our Foreman show them the jobsite. He understands his tasks, executes them accurately, and strives to work safely.”
Patrick is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
