Weifield Group Electrical Contracting is excited to announce it has been awarded a Colorado Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Denver Post!
The honor is awarded to organizations solely based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization.
This is the 11th time that Weifield has received the State of Colorado Top Workplaces award by The Denver Post – we are also a two-time Top Workplaces USA award winner and a 2023 Top Workplaces USA Culture Excellence Awards winner in the categories of Innovation, Compensation & Benefits, and Purpose & Vision.
