Congratulations to our Rocky Mountain October, 2022 Employee of the Month — Tyler S., Weifield Rocky Mountain Industrial Estimating Manager!
The October, 2022 Employee of the Month round focused on identifying teammates in our company who best represent the ‘A’ (Advance Process) value in our PACT.
Tyler was nominated by Dan S. (Weifield Rocky Mountain Chief Estimator), who said the following:
“Tyler has taken the lead and spent a great deal of time learning and developing what will be Weifield’s Advanced Estimating Software/Program (Accubid Anywhere). He has grabbed the bull by the horns and has been getting additional professional training along with watching training videos and getting with specialists on questions on how to best utilize this technology, after hours. He is figuring out ways to better our process by adding new ways for takeoff and also new ways to mitigate risk in estimates. Along with his many hours spent alone working on this, he relays what he has learned to the team in our weekly meetings. He is working on advancing the estimating process and, in turn, the people, on a daily basis.”
Tyler is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s online communications.
