Kudos to our Rocky Mountain Industrial team’s Boulder 75th St. Water Resource Recovery Facility Phosphorus Upgrade Project (PUP) crew for being named our April, 2025 Crew of the Month!
The project is led by Angela S. (Project Manager), Jake G. (Field Supervisor) and Tyler S. (Estimator). Team members include: Will C. (Journeyman), Tim G. (Journeyman), Kalen K. (Apprentice), Zach M. (Apprentice), and Devin V. (Apprentice).
Said Angela: “Boulder PUP has been a challenging project, but I always say, “tough jobs make great leaders,” and this one definitely proved that. It’s awesome to see how the team pulled through and came together. It’s especially impressive to see Jake stepping up as a commanding leader and instrumental in guiding the entire project team through some pretty tough milestones. He has the ability to keep everyone focused while also keeping the mood light and morale high when handling high-pressure moments; it really shows the value of great leadership in times of pressure. It was also very rewarding to witness Tim G., Devin V., Zach M., Kalen K., Will C. and Brock C.’s hard work and uplifting attitudes paying off with such a successful outcome!”
