Kudos to our Rocky Mountain Large Construction team’s Windsor Middle School crew for being named our November, 2024 Crew of the Month!
This project started in November, 2023 with GC partner, GH Phipps – and includes the design-assist construction of new 154,101 sq. ft. middle school.
The project is led by Kyle A. (Project Manager), Stephen S. (Field Supervisor) and Nena W. (Estimator). The team members include: Anthony A. (Foreman), Charles A. (Apprentice), Kelly D. (Apprentice), Darrian G. (Journeyman), Mario J. (Apprentice), Isaac K. (Foreman), Adriana K. (Apprentice), Justin M. (Apprentice), Johnathan M. (Apprentice), Richard P. (Apprentice), Lawrence R. (Apprentice), Connor R. (Journeyman), Zack R. (Apprentice), Brandon S. (Apprentice), Jeremy S. (Apprentice), Tyler T. (Apprentice), Derrick T. (Foreman) and Jim W. (Journeyman).

These guys have overcome many obstacles and challenges throughout the project, and it’s been a great to see them persevere through those. Thorough planning and readiness for anything and everything has been the success of this project. Stephen and Darrian’s leadership has brought out the best in our team and to see everyone’s dedication to the project really has driven home all the things we value here at Weifield. The constant communication our team at Windsor Middle School has not only helped build a tremendous relationship with Phipps but pushed us to the success we’ve had to date.
