Weifield’s September, 2018 Employee of the Month program called for nominations for those employees who serve as trusted advisors/invaluable resources to their co-workers. Excited to announce that the winning Employee of the Month is:
SCOTT BUCKEY!
Scott was nominated by Charles Venter and Gilberto Juarez, who said the following:
From Charles: I nominate Scott Buckey for this month’s employee of the month. Scott Buckey is one best superintendents I’ve worked with. No matter how busy he is, if I have a question he will drop everything he is doing to help me figure it out. Anytime I call, he answers no matter what time of the day. He knows the code inside and out and brings a wealth of knowledge. He is the first person I call when I need something and the last call because I know he will be able to help me figure it out. I’ve seen him spend a lot of extra time with younger guys to help them succeed when others would have given up. I have the confidence of handling any job knowing he is just a phone call away.
From Gilberto: Scott Buckey. He remains calm even when up against odds. He shows me how to work and run work at the same time – and shows me how to respect others around me & always find the best in everyone to help build a strong team. He has always been a great example to me and other around him on how to get it done with quality and speed and still have fun.
As the winning Employee of the Month, Scott is being awarded a $100 gift card by Weifield ownership and will be featured on Facebook and in the “Wired In” newsletter.
