Congratulations to our CO/WY September, 2020 Employee of the Month — Evan Trahan, Weifield Foreman!
This month’s round focused on identifying Weifeld’s ‘leaders from the front lines’ — celebrating an amazing leader who is demonstrating unparalleled leadership and focus during these times of uncertainty.
Evan was nominated by Superintendent, Chris Schreffler, who said the following:
“Evan is heading up the crew at Ferguson Warehouse. He has an excitement for the trade that filters down through the crew, keeping morale and production high. He is a willing learner as he is in his first year of taking on a foreman position. He’ll do everything he can to keep his crew productive, whether he’s staying late working on layout, or working through breaks to solve issues that may come up throughout the day.”
As the winning employee, Evan is being awarded a $100 gift card and will be featured in Weifield’s internal and online communications.
