Congratulations to our Tennessee OneCity Convexity Office crew for being named our Q3-2023 Crew of the Quarter!
This project started in September, 2022 with GC partner, JE Dunn Construction, is a design-built project that includes seven levels of parking (one below-grade) totaling 365,000 GSF, and 14 floors of office building totaling 295,000 GSF. There is also an 18,000 GSF shell retail component, as well as traditional sitework, utilities, hardscapes and landscaping.

The site is clean, cords safe and tidy, install flawless and when an issue arises it is quickly resolved. The moral is palpably high every time I visit and Weifield continues to push ahead of the other trades and beat their milestone dates. They’ve set the bar high. Very high.”
