The Industrial Division’s Elbert County Water Company (ECWC) Glacier Club Wastewater Treatment Plant project, located in Durango, CO, started in June 2021 and is a rehabilitation/upgrade project. Work includes demolition of all existing electrical, lighting and instrumentation as well as the procurement and installation of new motor control center, variable frequency drive enclosures, PLC cabinet, field instrumentation, and light fixtures. Weifield is also providing temporary power and controls for bypass pumping and treatment equipment to keep the plant operational during construction.

Led by Angela S. (Project Manager), James W. (Foreman), Scott D. (Construction Manager), and Marty S. (Estimator), Weifield’s Glacier Club team member Corey S.

Per Angela: “The project had tremendous challenges but with a great team comprised of a great owner, GC, and our group, this job has been the ultimate success and a testament to Weifield’s versatility.

Congratulations to our outstanding Glacier Club crew for this recognition!
