KATE DROHMAN, PROJECT ACCOUNTANT!
I’ve always had a desire to work in the construction industry and my position at Weifield is my first industry experience. I have enjoyed playing a part in operations, working closely with project management and corporate services as a job cost accountant and seeing our projects completed well.
There’s something to be said about being out in the community, engaging with public and private individuals and organizations, and doing business with subcontractors – working diligently and creatively as a team to get the job done. It’s rewarding to see the memorable impact of our hard work.
I have always appreciated Weifield’s prioritization of people and individual growth. The employees here are highly motivated, positive, focused on learning and improvement – and across the company we care about quality of life.
