PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is located at 100 Cook in Cherry Creek – Weifield was brought on in a design-build capacity to build the five-story, 100,000 sq. ft. core and shell outpatient medical center (expected to complete in April, 2019) — and is now executing a 90,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement (T.I.) that includes five new floors for radiology, women’s health, infusion department, pharmacy, exam rooms, and an outpatient surgery center.
