This project included constructing a new colocation facility which comprised approximately 38,000 square feet. Roughly 30,000 of the building is a single story pre-cast concrete construction which houses the data center floors, associated infrastructure space, and loading dock. The other 8,000 square feet is single story office space (full site, core, shell, and office construction). The data center space consists of four equally sized pods; a full fit out of one data center pod, and a partial fit out of a second pod. Weifield also completed the 1547 Green House Data Center Phase II project for the same owner.
