It is one of two “sister” buildings in a redevelopment of St. Paul Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue (the other building is 210 St Paul). It has two levels of below-grade parking, a core and shell retail space on level one, and an amenity space on level two with a fitness room, lounge, kitchen, and terrace. There are 84 units on levels two through seven, ranging from one bedroom units to two story, three bedroom units. There is a rooftop terrace with a pool and outdoor bar and grill space.
