DESCRIPTION: This 70,000 sq. ft. ground-up MOB has three new levels above ground; the project scope includes lighting, lighting control, gear, generator, fire alarm, low voltage rough-in, site lighting and power, grounding, mechanical connections and electric snow melt. The project also includes a 18,000 sq. ft. buildout of an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the first floor, including two OR rooms.
