PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project brings a tuition-free K-12, American classical public charter school to the local Windsor community. The first phase of the project includes an approximately 40,000 sq. ft. new K-8 school with construction anticipated to complete in the fall of 2021. The facility will have a new electrical service with accommodations for a future phase that includes a grades 9-12 buildout, site lighting, multi-use gym/auditorium, classrooms, and support spaces. Weifield successfully worked as a design-assist partner to bring the project within budget and schedule.
