PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project was originally an older building housing a late 1970’s semiconductor wafer fabrication plant; we transformed this older, dark space into a contemporary condo office shell with ample natural light, while still holding true to the original industrial charm. Working with Riverside Resources, we provided solutions for multiple renovation stages and the tenant finish out for all current and planned tenants – totaling over 250,000 sq. ft. This project is destined to be home for a food service plant, call center, and large offices for the City of Austin.
