The project included the construction of a new 52,800 sq. ft. athletic center, a 5,500 sq. ft. visitor facility, a 7,300 sq. ft. soccer facility and a 1,700 sq. ft. concessions building. These facilities included locker rooms, training rooms, strength and conditioning spaces, offices, meeting rooms, concession areas, stadium seating, field lighting, parking lots, and landscape.
