PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Weifield is the General Contractor for this project for CU-Boulder which involves the continuation of infrastructure to support CU-Boulder’s Smart Grid initiative. Weifield is expanding the microgrid from the existing Distribution Manhole #315 and providing electrical services from Distribution Manhole #314 to the electric vehicle station and PV array interconnection point – as well as to the existing Sustainability, Energy & Environmental Lab (SEEL) building transformer.
