PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design-Build project to improve an existing 50,000 sq. ft. Veteran’s Affairs medical facility that involved extensive coordination of six swing spaces for the existing building’s renovations and new construction of a 5,000 sq. ft. clinic for a women’s health, radiation, ophthalmology, and a dental clinic. Project included: complete retrofit of the fire alarm system, nurse call stations, security systems, CCTV and access control, and updated structured cabling scope, and requires extensive coordination to perform the scope while the existing facility was operational.
