PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Hilton Garden Inn Design-Assist project consisted of a 169,000 sq. ft. ground up hotel, including 229 keys. This high-rise hotel will include a multi-level parking structure on bottom with the hotel stacked on top, starting on the third and extending through the 12th level. Attached to the Hilton Garden Inn will be a restaurant, whose space utilizes an existing historical structure on the premises, formally one of the first firehouses in downtown Denver.
