DESCRIPTION: This project consists of a 10,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for the development of proprietary lithium battery charging technology. Weifield’s scope of work includes new lighting, lighting controls, a fire alarm upgrade, and a new 800-amp service; the power will include receptacles at new racks for battery charging stations.
