PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of transition of a 3,559 sq. ft. clinic into a lab in a one-tenant, multi-story, multi-use building in Denver’s RiNo district. Unique from other facilities, the center serves as a pilot site where new clinical innovations and processes are tested. Kaiser Permanente made this center its epicenter of high-tech innovation – where clinical providers interested in exploring new methods of care delivery rapidly test concepts and technology as they work to shape the future of health care.
