PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the complete removal of existing exterior concrete fins, installation of a new curtain wall and metal panels, complete demolition of existing window wall systems from inside (after installation of new system), complete tear-off and re-roof, complete refurbishing of existing common areas (entry lobbies, elevator lobbies, corridors, public restrooms, mechanical/ electrical rooms, janitor closets), patching of existing tenant area finishes to new curtain wall, re-striping of parking garage, construction of a new North entry canopy and MEP / Sprinkler / BAS upgrades. The workspace will be occupied during business hours so minimal impact to business operations is required and some work will need to be completed during off hours.
