DESCRIPTION: Renovation to almost 40,000 sq ft of existing spaces, two crescent building additions, and site landscape/hardscape including a new Zocalo shade structure. This also includes a theatre and auditorium space upgrades to existing electrical spaces which also include site graphics, added power to restrooms, reception and offices, upgrades to existing layout at auditorium and lobbies, teaching kitchen.
