This project is comprised of a new 23-story hotel tower that will include five lower levels of casino gaming, restaurants, hotel administration offices, and lounges; 495 hotel rooms and suites; a mechanical system level; and a top level amenity deck that includes a spa, pools, and recreation space. Weifield’s work includes running the 25kV primary power distribution for the entire property; there are two 2,500kVa transformers, each feeding a 4,000-amp service, and three generators located on the 4th floor. Our peak manpower at the height of the project is anticipated to be 60 – 70 crew members.
