PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is a first generation tenant improvement of a Newmont Mining office building; construction spans five floors (floors 6-10) and 180,000 sq. ft. with the inclusion of a new interconnecting stair. The project includes a dense individual office layout, flexible meeting spaces and a training center on level 6, executive offices on the 10th floor, and a Class A lighting package on level 5, inclusive of a linear slot for the standard office and decorative finishes throughout the circulation areas. The lighting control design for this project complies with 2015 IECC and integrates with all building systems.
