DESCRIPTION: This design-build project includes seven levels of parking (one below-grade) totaling 365,000 GSF, and 14 floors of office building totaling 295,000 GSF. There is also an 18,000 GSF shell retail component, as well as traditional sitework, utilities, hardscapes and landscaping.
