A new, three-story building (120,000 sq. ft. in total) integrated into Terumo BCT’s campus. Terumo BCT occupies 90,000 sq. ft. of the building including all of Floors 2 & 3 plus approximately 10,000 sq. ft. on the first floor. The remainder of the first floor was constructed for future conversion to office, initially utilized for parking. The approximately seven-acre site includes surface parking to retain a campus parking ratio of 2/1000.
