PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of a proposed mixed use building located on a roughly 8,832 sq. ft. tract of land. The building will be approximately 39,000 sq. ft. including roughly 3,800 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space; it will rise up five stories and will include a mezzanine and a basement. A key design feature of the proposed building will be the interplay between architecturally exposed concrete walls and slabs with full height curtain walls. The project goal is to deliver an efficient commercial office building design that achieves an AEGB rating per the City of Austin requirements.
